Denkste! – Graphic Design

For its 75th anniversary celebration, the SAGW – Swiss Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences – is organizing a public event on Bern's main station square and in the Berner Generationenhaus. The challenge was to find a suitable event name that does justice to the event. Accordingly, we considered what humanities and social scientists actually do. Do they just pore over dry books all day? «Denkste!» – There will be much to discover. At 12 market stands, exciting fields of research will be presented, and visitors will have the opportunity to speak with criminologists, discuss law and cultural policy, and much more. For the look, we were inspired by the SAGW logo and adapted it specifically for the event, staging it in a colorful and modern way. All communication materials were implemented in German and French with the aim of giving equal weight to both languages.
